Medicine—Plaster thickly some Gur over the affected parts, and then burn it placing upon it a piece of red hot iron, the disease will thus be burnt and cured.
41. JALIMORA OR KONAMORA.
General Symptoms—Drowsiness with the head and ears dropped down.
Medicine—Give internally one Naga pan, etc. (100 leaves) with half a powa of black pepper thrashed and mixed together.
42. JALOWA.
General Symptoms—Tumour at the base of the knee.
Medicine—1. Give an incision over the affected parts with a Narni and then rub there some gunpowder.
2. Bandage the affected part with leaves of Dhatura plastered over with some ghee. Also put in some assafœtida in the incision.
43. JIKIRI.
General Symptoms—Passing pus with the urine.
Medicine—Give internally the powder of the following, and rub also the body with the same:—
Five seeds of Jika, 5 of Hathikorola and five of Dhuthura.
44. JIKIRA-PORA.
General Symptoms—Pain and burning sensation in the urethra, while passing urine.
Medicine—Give the following in a paste, mixed with some milk, root of satmul, flower of water lily, lime juice, juice of puri sugarcane and ripe athia plantain cleared of its seeds.
