So we have seen that the rulers of England, Russia, Greece, Norway, Germany, Denmark, etc., were related to one another as brothers, sisters, and cousins, but still there were wars frequently among those states of Europe.
From the 'head of gold' to the 'iron' of the 'fourth kingdom' (Rome) there is deterioration in fineness, but increase of military strength. Then comes the deterioration of the fourth kingdom' in that very quality, strength. It divided itself into two divisions, i.e., two legs (Eastern and Western empires), and these are again sub-divided into ten kingdoms, i.e., ten toes. There deterioration by admixture; the iron of the Roman empire mixed with the clay of the popular will, fickle and easily moulded. This is pre- cisely what has come to pass in the constitutional monarchies which, with the Republic of France and the despotism of Turkey, cover the sphere of ancient Roman rule.

"And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break into pieces and consume all these kingdoms and it shall stand for ever. Forasmuch as thou (king Nebuchadnezzar) sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter : and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.” This is the kingdom of heaven or the fifth world-empire of God.(Millennium).
A fine picture of the future world Emperor of this fifth world-empire was given by the great prophet Isaiah.
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given : and the govern- ment shall be upon his shoulder : and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever."
Now We the people of this age are living in the very toes of the two legs of that mighty image. After this the fifth or the final world empire will be established. Before that we see many signs of its coming. Now as all the words of the image have been literally fulfilled, there is no
